We recognized the much-needed space for an anchor to support c-suite-level executives overseeing employees and decision-making. This anchor is called the Chief of Staff.
You might’ve heard of this role in the military and government organizations, but in recent years, it has taken over non-military and non-government organizations. There are more than 500 openings for this role just in India.
This is why we decided to start a Chief of Staff cohort to provide you with the proper knowledge and guidance to unleash your inner leader and help you become a good Chief of Staff.
What do we offer?
Live Learning Sessions with Industry Experts
Get the chance to interact and learn from the masters in the field and learn about the fundamentals of a Chief of Staff role, project management, performance management, and more.
You will get to learn in live sessions from the Chief of Staff at Nykaa, Jupiter, Yellow.ai, INDmoney, Rupeek, Practo, Leap Finance, National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF), and many others.
The cohort provides you with a great community and a chance to gain valuable insights from like-minded and ambitious individuals who will support you in your journey toward being a successful Chief of Staff.
Build your Proof of Work
During the cohort, you will work on a capstone project with high-growth startups to build your portfolio. It will also serve as your Proof of Work, which acts as a catalyst in your journey to being a Chief of Staff at a startup or another established company.

The next ten months of the program, called “Phase 2” of the cohort, will be spent networking with like-minded peers with similar aspirations to explore placement opportunities. You will also be working on your capstone project during this time.
High Growth Series A startups and beyond will be sharing their company-related real problems on which participants will work in a team of 7-8 members to solve that problem. Towards the end of the cohort, there will be a demo day to present the work.
